What We Do

The Center for Tourism Studies (CET) is a nonprofit foundation dedicated to the investigation and advocacy of strategies aimed at fostering tourism in Costa Rica. Its endeavors underscore the economic significance, biodiversity impact, and cultural enrichment inherent in tourism, alongside its interplay with other economic sectors.

The CET Institute is an initiative spearheaded by a consortium of entrepreneurs and professionals from diverse sectors within the tourism activity. They advocate for a fresh perspective on how tourism can continue to serve as the primary and most strategic economic power house in our national economy, while also being a significant contributor to social progress and political cohesion.
